Our Preloved Promise

Every preloved item is washed, carefully inspected, and honestly described before it's listed. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final — with one important exception: if your item arrives not as described, damaged, or mis-sized, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll exchange it or make it right.
New-with-tags items: exchange or store credit within 7 days, tags attached.
